Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays, launches, or seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Handmade & Small Batch Items
Many of our products are handmade or prepared in small batches. Slight variations in texture, color, and packaging are part of the character and uniqueness of artisan goods.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Local Pickup
If you are near San Clemente, skip the shipping charges and come pick up your order.
